Ambassador René Wydler is Globcal International's logistics officer and is responsible for the delivery and movement of organization resources including personal property and securities that are not land based assets. He is authorized by Globcal International, the Indigenous State of the Amazon and non-state foundations to transact contracts, make capital deposits and retain secure shipments in Zurich, Switzerland.
